Image quality

Wide open have good sharpness and little corner softness.
Next to all corner softness is gone by f/2.8 and the lens is very good from here on.

Build quality

All metal and very solid.
Have a nice feel to it.

Conclusion

Really good image quality at all apertures.
And great build quality and feel.
The only negative thing I found on this lens is its flare.
