Very well made and are solid as a rock. The feel is also very good. Conclusion Image quality wide open has quite good center sharpness but also soft corners. Renders well with nice contrast, bokeh and flare. Stop it down a bit and you can get some great sharpness. Closest focus of 0.33m (1.1ft) is always a nice plus and the size of the lens is still similar to most 50mm. Overall a very nice lens.
