These two ver have much the same image quality.
Most test pictures was taken with the preset ver.

Build quality

Both of these versions are well made and has a solid quality feel.


Conclusion

Image quality wide open has some noticeable glow and a lot of vignetting.
Sharpness is not too bad but the focal plane are quite curved and you usually get soft corners.
So all that is maybe not the best from a technical point of view.
But this can give a vintage look to the images which I find very nice sometimes.
However this can of course also be a problem if you don't want that.
Stopped down you can get some nice quality pictures but a little of the corners softness never disappears.

Bokeh looks mostly good but flare and backlight are not the best unless you're looking for much of that.

It has it's pros and cons so maybe not a lens for everyone.
But overall I find this to be a quite nice one.
